Tumble weeds rolling across the blog
It's been a little bit since I have posted. I apologize. There is a perfectly good reason for not posting. 1. I honestly didn't think anyone but my family was reading this other than some family. Then some of my family points out that Doug, the creator of Givemy27.com posted on my site. 2. I caught some sort of cold around Thanksgiving. The day after Thanksgiving, I decided to start eating raw foods only. I wanted to become a better person, and hopefully improve my health. In doing that, my body decided to start flushing toxins out of my body. This made me even sicker. Unfortunately, I have no sick time left for the year, so I quickly jumped back to my SAD diet (Standard American Diet). This made me feel a little better. It was still hard to breathe with the cold, sinus stuff I had. Since doing push ups and breathing go hand in hand I decided to wait till I started feeling better. I am starting to feel better now. I don't think I will change my diet again till 2009 when I get more sick time to handle it.

Doug, I plan to try out your website to track and still also follow hundredpushups.com program. I plan to start over on week one, with day 2. Then do week one once more next week and go from there.

Sit-ups
I plan to do sit-up's as well after my pushup's. Sit-ups for me tend to be easier and thus I can do more. I am glad to be back writing. I still do not like the format of this blog. I hope I get my own site soon.
